1Introduction & Applicability

4Deposit & Payment Policy

5Withdrawal & Payout Policy

The following rules apply to withdrawals after winning on Hiya Baji:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking account used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings (see the Bonuses section for details).
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1–3 business days.
• Large withdrawals may require additional identity verification.

Hiya baji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct investigations in cases of suspicious activity, fraud, or breach of terms.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hiya Baji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to the use of all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. One-time offer.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering multiplier (typically 25–35x) must be completed.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified time will be forfeited.

• Hiya baji reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings in cases of bonus abuse, such as creating multiple accounts or using a VPN.

7Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets in the Hiya Baji Sports Betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
• If a match is cancelled or left undecided, bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Hiya baji reserves the right to void bets placed on manipulated or suspicious matches.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be voided.

8Casino & Game Policy

Hiya Baji's casino games are powered by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, meaning every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• No game outcome can be guaranteed or known in advance.
• Attempting to intentionally manipulate or hack the system while playing is strictly prohibited.

9Responsible Gaming

12Right to Amend Terms
